Upon receiving your JShapes product, check that your are satisfied with it. If the product has been damaged during transport, or you think the product is faulty, please contact us as soon as possible.

Warranty Policy
All JShapes products are warrantied for 12 months for material or manufacturer's defect. If you think there is a manufacturer or material defect on your product, contact us and we will either replace it or fix it.
